After completing his studies, Arul wanted to become a businessman. He started working in his family business – shopping stores such as Saravana Selvarathinam, The Legend Saravana and The Legend New Saravana Stores.
In 2018, he gave a donation of the massive amount of INR 1 Crore to the people who were affected by Kaja Cyclone. In the same year, he donated the INR 1 Crore to the Thiruchendur Murugan temple. However, he came under the radar for paying less money to his workers.
He got huge popularity when he was featured in an advertisement for his own company along with two famous actresses – Hansika Motwani and Tamannah. He was trolled by many for his performance alongside leading actresses of South India.
Arul has decided to enter the film industry and made his acting debut with Production No 1 which was released in 2019. In 2022, he played a lead role in a movie, The Legend alongside Urvashi Rautela.
