Suruthi started her career as a nutrition officer in Nestle, after her college times. She then moves to Chennai. she then joined the CHOLA company and worked there for more than 3 years.
When she stayed in Chennai one of her roommates attends Peagents and Ramp walks. At those time by her friend she got an opportunity to walk on a ramp.
After that ramp walk, she has been appreciated by those who were present in the sets and begins to work in the field of Modelling.
She participated in the Miss Diva 2020 Beauty pageant and ended as a finalist. She also won the title Femina Miss India 2020.
She was at first rejected by many for her dusky appearances. She won many beauty pageants across India. One of her photoshoots in which she posed as an Amman was a trended one and it helps her to possess many photoshoot campaigns.
She then appeared in the Bigg Boss Season 5 telecasted on Vijay Tv and hosted by Kamal Haasan. This show brought her into the limelight. Especially this particular season many models were given chance to enter the Bigg Boss house.
