He grew up and completed his studies in the same city. He went to Shree Baldevdas Kikani Vidyamandir Higher Secondary School to complete his schooling. Vasanth graduated from Karpagam College of Engineering in Coimbatore.

Career

But, he has decided to take dance as his career. In 2015, he participated in the Maanada Mayilada Season 10 and became the 2nd runner-up along with Pavithra Lakshmi who was his pair.
He got an opportunity to work on the television serial, Oru Oorla Oru Rajakumari which was telecasted on Zee Tamil in 2018. He was also featured in Sun TV’s Agni Natchathiram serial in 2019.
He also played a cameo role in the Pandian Stores serial. He made his film debut with a movie named Yaadhumagi Nindraai, starring Gayathri Raguram in the lead role.
In 2022, he started working on his new serial, Bharathidasan Colony which telecasts on Star Vijay. The serial stars Aishwarya Ramsai, MK Tamil Selvi, Mohan Vaithya and more.
