Dilsha is professionally learned dancing since her childhood and participated in many competitions in her school and college culture. In 2014, She has participated in a popular dance reality show in Malayalam ‘D4 Dance‘ season 1. She completed the fifth position in the show which was broadcast on Mazhavil Manorama Television Channel.
In 2016 following her good run in D4 Dance, she was invited to participate in ‘D4 Dance Reloaded‘. In the dance competition, they perform as a pair in which she paired along with Rinosh Surendran.
Both of them have danced the best throughout the season and secured the first position. With her limelight after winning D4 Dance Reloaded, she went on to participate in ‘Dare the Fear‘ as a contestant in the year 2017.
Apart from participating in reality shows, Dilsha Prasannan also made her appearance in a television series. In 2016, She made her acting debut in ‘Kana Kanmani‘ and played the role of Manasa.
